Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable and may be suspended or revoked immediately for rule violations, safety issues, or inappropriate or disruptive conduct. Access to certain equipment or areas may require additional training, certification, or fees. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits, access, or the membership program itself. Continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future revisions.
